This is to announce that the special assessment for the Tennyson has been approved and we will be moving forward quickly. At the meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, March 24th, agreement was reached to assess the amount of $1,620 per unit to fund the following important projects:
- Elevator refurbishment
- Carpet replacement on floors 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and Penthouse
- Terrace waterproofing
- Lobby update including removal of wallpaper, painting of the walls, and new furnishings
These projects will help to ensure the ongoing value of your units and vastly improve the appearance of the Tennyson. Thank you for your support!
